Extra workshops  for beginners

Watch this space for updates on all our workshops

We will be holding both Cerocshops and Beginners workshops starting shortly in both Mombasa and Nairobi. These workshops will be on Saturdays or Sundays and are aimed at getting beginners through the 12 basic moves at an accelerated pace bit also in cementing these moves as the foundation of most intermedoiate and advanced moves

For full details of what the workshops involve are listed on the "workshops" tab, so please click on it to get a real understanding of what happens, Typically these are for 20 - 30 people at a time, so that you get a much more focused training session

 

 

Is it a new dance craze for 2015?

No its not! Ceroc has been going for over 28 years and is now expanding

across the globe to be the world's biggest partner dancing club.

As you can see from the article below published in "The Stage" in 1983,

it is a very established club. Kenya is Country number 16 on it's growth

map and we are sure there are many more to come yet
